Returns & Exchanges Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Have all original packaging and tags intact

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Pre-order items

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect)


Exchanges

We prioritize exchanges over refunds, especially for:

  • Size changes

  • Style or fit adjustments

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued where:

  • The item is defective, or

  • The item received is incorrect, or

  • No suitable exchange option is available

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 business days after inspection.
